About Us

Alan Cummings was born and raised in San Marcos, TX.
His family was in the pipeline industry for years.  

Green Valley Land Service started in 1996 and was incorporated in 2000

under the name A.E.Cummings Inc.  We have worked coast to coast on

just about every kind of land clearing job there is.

Jim Cummings' pipeline company, CRC, was started in
the 30's and did business worldwide. Among dozens of
patents, Jim owned the patent for the very first
bulldozer. A replica of the bulldozer can be seen
at the Jim Cummings Park in Morrowville, Kansas.
